Summer Soaks Retreat


We welcome you to reconnect to nature, your body through yoga, meditation and Ayurvedic self-care. Join us for a 2-night, 3-day adventure in relaxation and play at Mandala Hot Springs in beautiful Northern California. Activate your body with morning vinyasa yoga practices and sooth your mind swimming in the pool, creek or pond, soaking in the hot tub, sun bathing, practicing self-care and restorative yoga.

Hannah Franco

Her classes are dynamic Vinyasa Flow integrating alignment, core work, mudra, kriya, and Pranayama techniques. Hannah is known for her inspirational storytelling, lighthearted nature and creative sequencing. Passionate about cultivating yoga for everyone her asana practice and spiritual teaching are routed in the ultimate foundation.. embracing your whole self.


Kameko Shibata

Kameko is passionate about bringing yoga and Ayurveda into all communities. She is also deeply influenced by aerial acrobatics, 5rhythms dance, Vipassana Meditation, Lakota sweat lodge, primitive skills, Vedic Chanting, Sanskrit, ecological and social justice, herbal medicine and has a deep devotion to spices. Born and raised in California she currently resides in Rural Coastal Oaxaca, Mexico.


What’s Included:

  • 2 nights & 3 days accommodations and use of Mandala Springs and all the facilties

  • 6 delicious meals (vegan, veggie, gluten free options): Friday and Saturday dinner, Saturday and Sunday brunch, early Saturday and Sunday breakfast and snacks all weekend
