He brings his extensive knowledge of the body as well as his own personal style to teaching yoga with a focus on core strengthening. His classes are challenging, therapeutic and fun! He is a motivating teacher that incorporates his many years of mixed martial arts training to the yoga mat to help you take your yoga to the next level.
